BarlyDev Tools is a private proprietary service for development workflows. By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use BarlyDev Tools for lawful development-related work that the service is intended to support. These terms give you permission to use the service, but do not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding, or underlying materials. You may not:

  • Use the service in violation of law or another party's rights
  • Upload, store, or transmit content, credentials, or personal data that you do not have permission to use
  • Use API Tester, Webhook Tester, or similar features to send spam, malware, abusive traffic, or unauthorized requests
  • Attempt to interfere with the service, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Copy, resell, republish, mirror, or run this service as if it were your own product without permission
  • Claim that you are the owner, operator, representative, or affiliate of this service when that is not true

3. No Warranty

The service and its outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that generated or transformed output will be error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarlyDev Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, requests, generated content, and saved data before relying on them. Do not rely on the service as your only control for legal, financial, medical, security, or production-critical decisions.

6. External Services and Links

Some features connect to external websites, APIs, or webhook destinations chosen by you. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or how they handle data you send to them.
